The kids had another wonderful Easter and we followed all of our Easter traditions. They had an egg hunt in the morning, we did an egg-cracking contest and after church we went to Kim and Rob's for a wonderful lunch and another egg hunt for the kids.
This year they got a lot of jelly beans, chocolate and money. The kids were really good about splitting their eggs and sharing their candy. The weather wasn't perfect but at least it cleared up enough for an egg hunt outside. It was a great day and we are ready for spring!

Twins + 3
Last weekend we offered to watch the kids of a friend of Cameron's. Mary Ann is a girl in Cameron's class at school and her parents had twins about 6 months ago. They finally took us up on our offer and brought the 3 girls over on Saturday. I was a little nervous about how it would go but it was great! The girls were great and everyone got along perfectly. We survived and realized how long ago the baby stage really was. It was fun to hold the babies and even better to give them back!
I was so proud of how great Addy and Cameron were around the babies.

Gymnastics Day
Last week Adelyn had her last day of gymnastic's class. I got to go and watch her show off her new skills which was a lot of fun. She has come a long way since she started and she was very excited to show me how to "skin the cat."
Here she is on her final day.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
The kids enjoyed dressing up for St. Patrick's day and hoping to find a pot of gold! It was a beautiful day and they played outside with sidewalk chalk and Addy wrote, "I am luky." We agree, we are lucky!

100 days
Last week Addy's class celebrated the 100th day of school and everyone was supposed to dress up as an "old person." Here is a picture of Addy in her old woman attire. Sadly most of the suggested items were easily found in my closet.
The kids looked great though, lots of grey hair, mustaches and glasses. Everyone had a great time and it fell on the day that Brian volunteers in the class so he got to see enjoy the activities focusing on 100.

Skate Country
Addy's school had a skate party the other night so we took the kids. Brian braved the rink with both kids and did an awesome job. Addy was very brave on the rink (peer pressure can be good!) and had a lot of fun. Cameron was good too, although really made Brian work for it. A lot of Addy's friends were there and she had such a good time. It totally brought me back to my childhood and the birthday parties I would go to at the skating rink. Addy can't wait to do it again.

Happy Hair Cuts!
Cameron got his hair cut this week and I've never seen a kid love getting haircuts more than him. He sits like an perfect angel and just loves the entire process. I think all of the ladies there love it too. I can't believe how old he looks every time he gets a new haircut. Such a big boy!
