This weekend we made some progress on two fronts. We signed Adelyn up for swimming lessons a few weeks ago and they were not going well. One week she didn't even get wet. Well last week was the only lesson where a parent is allowed to get in. Brian went and got in with her and it made all the difference in the world. She did everything that was asked and even went by herself with the teacher for awhile. We are hoping this carries into next week when it's just the teacher again. Fingers crossed.
We also were hoping to make more progress with Cameron and the bottle this weekend. We made some, but still have a long way to go. Cameron is always extremely happy and smiley on the changing table so we decided to try and give him a bottle there. He didn't cry at all, but he didn't really drink it at all either, but he at least let the bottle be in his mouth without crying. The only place we can even try to give him anything is on the table or his bouncy chair, anywhere else and he screams bloody murder. We even tried a feeding spoon with just milk in it that slowly drips out. He could not be less interested. It's as if he doesn't even know that he's supposed to swallow the milk, he chokes almost every time. We have 3 weeks to go and a lot of work still to do!
