Addy had her last dance class last week which meant we all got to watch her dance in her class for the first time. There were only 3 girls in her class (and 1 wasn't loving the recital) so they all got a lot of time with the teacher. The "recital" was hilarious. Addy decided to change clothes early on so she could look more like a princess. She followed along pretty well at the beginning but as the class went on she was less and less interested in what the teacher was doing. At one point I must have given her too big of a smile and too much encouragement because it sent her into tears. She got over that, but then a little later she ran to give Cameron a hug and he smacked his head into her mouth which meant more tears. It was a dramatic ending to say the least, but it was really cute to see her doing her tap and ballet moves. She loved it so much that we are signing up for another class this fall.
